Life as a graduate student really complicated my fitness journey. So many blogs that focused on low calorie meals gave no regard to budget, so I couldn't afford the meals on my grad stipend. The blogs that DID focus on budget-friendly meals were not optimized for low calorie OR high protein, so I was left trying to figure it out on my own. I decided to share those insights here, to give you nutrition ideas that are low calorie, high protein, AND budget friendly! I'll also post workout-related advice, mostly focused on modifications to the Strong Curves workout program.
